ONE LAYER.
A WIDER WORLD.

GLOBAL FINANCE, SIMPLIFIED.

Multiple rails.
One destination.

BrightCloud is developing one workspace for businesses to connect with financial providers, manage payment requests and track operations across different payment rails.

In development. Exploring business requirements and provider partnerships.

01The challenge

Financial infrastructure
is fragmented.

Multiple providers.
Multiple systems.
One operational problem.

Working with several financial providers can mean separate onboarding, document requests, dashboards and transaction updates. Teams spend time moving between systems to understand what needs attention.

Six transparent infrastructure planes overlap in a diagonal spatial cascade, without any connections.
Separate systems. Disconnected workflows.

02The infrastructure model

One technology layer across your financial infrastructure.

BrightCloud is being built as a shared workspace between your team and external financial providers. The aim is to bring provider onboarding, payment requests, document exchange and transaction updates into one place.

Your business

A unified operating experience

Conceptual architecture. Lines represent technical coordination, not the movement of funds through BrightCloud.

BrightCloud does not receive or hold client funds or settle payments itself. Provider access is subject to availability, onboarding and individual approval.

Planned capabilities

One workspace for payment operations.

The first version is being designed around six core workflows.

  • Business profile

Organise company details and verification documents in one workspace. Each provider reviews and approves access separately.

  • Provider access

Manage applications to individual providers and follow their onboarding requirements and document requests.

  • Payment requests

Prepare payment requests and supporting information for the selected provider’s process.

  • Invoices

Create invoices and keep them linked to the relevant payment requests.

  • Compliance documents

Exchange requested documents and follow review statuses. Providers retain responsibility for their own checks and approval decisions.

  • Transaction visibility

Bring available transaction updates and operational reports from connected providers into one view.

Provider connections are under development. Cheque-related workflows are being explored separately and are not confirmed for the initial release.

03How it works

Connect. Coordinate. Operate.

The planned workflow, from company onboarding to transaction visibility.

01

Connect

Build a business profile and share the documents required by your chosen providers. Each provider decides whether to approve access.

02

Coordinate

Prepare an invoice or payment request, add supporting information and use a provider approved for your business.

03

Operate

Follow provider-reported progress, respond to document requests and keep the relevant records together.

04For businesses

For businesses working across providers.

We are speaking with businesses that need a clearer way to organise payments, documentation and provider relationships.

Working with several providers

Bring requirements from separate banking, card and digital-asset relationships into a more consistent workflow.

Managing invoice-based payments

Keep invoices, supporting documents and provider updates connected to the same payment request.

Operating across markets

Discuss the countries, currencies and payment methods your team needs, so potential provider fit can be assessed.

For financial infrastructure providers.

We are developing a business-facing workspace and want to shape the first integrations with financial infrastructure providers.

Discussions focus on customer onboarding, document exchange, service access and transaction-status reporting, with a clear division of technical and regulatory responsibilities.
